So far everything is smooth, we communicated well and they follow and track shipments and let us know when there is an issue, we feel that they are checking the issue and reporting us without the need from our side to check.

How would you rate the work done and the support provided by ELLEDI shipping and customs services?

In terms of Gsped which isn’t Elledi, i recommend 3/5 because they are not open to improving and adapting to our needs they only use their own software and don’t improve it at all even when the request is fully reasonable.

Regarding Elledi it’s 5/5, the support is fast, knows how to handle shipments and problems, and is efficient.
